REPORT BREACH OF LICENSE AGREEMENT

All Bets Are Off Productions maintains a strict policy of prosecuting all breaches of its copyright brought to its attention. All Bets Are Off Productions maintains a team of contract investigators who follow up all reported breaches of its copyright. Users should particularly refer to the terms of their clip Licensee agreement issued at time of download.

The terms of the License agreements states a user can be required to show proof of purchase on the written request of All Bets Are Off Productions.

Reporting

All Bets Are Off Productions invites employees, colleagues, associates and members of the public who have knowledge copyright offences. Report the breaches in the form below. Where any offence its proven, and if the reporting party has identified themselves in the report form below, All Bets Are Off Productions may elect to pay an amount equal to a proportion of damages or any out of court settlement secured from the offender. All reports are treated as strictly confidential.

Termination

All Bets Are Off Productions maintains a policy of terminating any account holders who it determines, at its sole discretion, may have infringed its copyright.

Penalties

Breach of copyright is a serious offences which attracts severe penalties which include but is not limited to monetary amounts which can exceed US$250,000 per offence.
